Delivered exactly what I had asked for, gave plenty of light and shade with some great storytelling which not only caught everyone's attention but gave further insight into the plight of others facing addiction. Her experience in the field clearly a huge advantage, but I thought as a public speaker she was sensational - allowing the conversation to morph through the audience's involvement but always maintaining composure and staying on topic with a calm assured demeanour.
