The Palladium Private Programs are tailored to each individual client’s needs, incorporating evidence-based, holistic treatment modalities to achieve highly effective, life-changing results. 

The Palladium Private Program is a full immersion program that commences with a residential stay of between two and twelve weeks. We are committed and serious about making long term, permanent changes for good in people’s lives which requires the same level of commitment from each guest that undertakes our programs.

For long term change to begin, we customise daily schedules for you and limit the distractions with the outside world whilst we teach you how to really understand the core issues behind stress and emotional symptoms leading to unwanted behaviours such as addiction, depression or anxiety.

Treatment takes a holistic approach involving a combination of daily components: psychological/emotional therapy, physical/nutritional therapy, and relaxation/reflection. Our psychologists draw from a wealth of experience and utilise a range of cognitive, emotional and behavioural therapies to address each individual client’s needs. Evidenced-based therapies may include CBT, REBT, Schema Therapy, Gestalt, ACT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, EFT, Neuropsychotherapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Sensorimotor Therapy, Art Therapy, and Expressive therapies.

AFTERCARE PROGRAM

Session with our highly qualified psychologists continue via phone/video calls for 6 months after guests have left the residential part of the program and reinforce what has been learnt, whilst imparting new strategies and supports to navigate challenges that arise upon returning home.
